An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Parent Support Advisor. We are seeking a dedicated individual with the drive and ambition to work closely with our families, ensuring every child feels supported and ready to attend school every day. This rewarding role focuses on building strong relationships with parents and carers to improve attendance and punctuality. Working alongside our excellent pastoral support team, you will identify and help remove the unique barriers families face, ensuring our children are well-prepared for their future. Our last inspection highlighted our clear vision for student success, and we know that consistent attendance is the foundation of that achievement. For some of our families, getting to school on time isn't always easy. As a Parent Support Advisor, your encouragement and guidance will make a tangible difference, giving children the best possible start in life. You will be joining a happy, motivated, and established team committed to supporting the whole family.   • an enthusiastic, warm and caring individual who is able to develop strong relationships with families
  • an ability to motivate parents in order to improve self-esteem, resilience and aspiration within the family
  • an ability to offer support in attending multi-agency meetings, adult education, parenting support and signposting to different agencies, This role is based in the UK. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
