Paramedic (Maternity Leave Cover)

What you'll do

• Run same day / urgent care clinics for appropriate presentations
• See patients face to face, by phone and video within an agreed scope of practice
• Carry out occasional home visits for suitable patients on a planned rota
• Request and interpret basic investigations, provide safety netting and clear followup
• Work closely with GPs, nurses and the wider MDT to improve access and patient care
  
  HCPC registered Paramedic with substantial urgent/emergency care experience
• Confident in autonomous assessment within clear protocols and escalation routes
• Strong communicator, team player and keen to develop in primary care
  
  Balmoral Surgery 24 hours per week (Ideally working on Mon/Wed & Fri)
