Paramedic

As a Paramedic within our Primary Care Team, you will:

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Undertake home visits where appropriate
• Provide clinical assessment, treatment and advice
• Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
• Support patients with prevention, self-management and health promotion
• Help improve patient access and continuity of care
  
  Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration
Experience working autonomously and as part of a team Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care Ability to manage a varied workload effectively Friendly, approachable and patient-focused Primary care experience desirable but not essential
