Paralegal - Investment Management

Our client, a leading investment management firm are looking for a Paralegal to join the team to support on a wide variety of legal matters. This is an excellent role for an ambitious paralegal who wants to join the firm at a time of growth.
Key responsibilitiesAssisting the London Legal team with day-to-day legal queries such as reviewing commercial contracts, responding to employment queries and assisting with general corporate matters, as required.Draft and file Companies House formsOrganise and maintain precedent documentation

Experience requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal sector with a focus on financial servicesStrong attention to detail, analytical and drafting skillsExcellent organisational and administrative skills
