East Devon District Council is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal Services team.

This is a varied opportunity to provide legal and administrative support across the Council, managing your own caseload and working on matters including:

• Right to Buy sales
• Minor works contracts
• Housing consents
• Legal documentation and correspondence
• Legal enquiries and casework
• 
  

You’ll work alongside experienced legal professionals, gaining valuable exposure to local government law and practice, while contributing to services that make a difference to our communities.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a legal environment, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Local government legal experience would be advantageous.
