Paralegal Department: Debt Recovery Employment Type: Full Time Location: Leeds Description Flint Bishop is a law firm operating in England and Wales, acting for a range of clients including large UK-based organisations. This Paralegal will play a vital role within our Debt Recovery department by assisting in the management of litigated matters on behalf of the firm's clients to recover aged debt. You will ensure that clients, represented by Flint Bishop, receive pro-active, consistent, and efficient levels of service. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and reports to the Head of Debt Services and the Practice Management Senior Associate. Key Responsibilities Handling own caseload of defended cases to conclusion. Undertake elements of fee earning work under supervision, in particular: Reviewing defences filed on receipt and providing comprehensive advice to our clients with regard to the merits of the defended claim and next steps.
