As a Paralegal within our Disease Team in Manchester, you'll play a vital part in supporting clients affected by a wide range of industrial disease conditions, including respiratory diseases, occupational asthma, dermatitis, and other workplace-related musculoskeletal illnesses. This is meaningful, people-focused work. You'll help guide clients through often challenging circumstances, using your empathy, communication skills and attention to detail to ensure they receive clear, compassionate and expert support. You'll manage a varied caseload, work closely with experienced solicitors, and develop specialist knowledge within an important and evolving area of law. You'll bring experience as a paralegal-ideally within an industrial disease environment. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident using legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
  • Familiar with case management systems
  • Highly organised, proactive and client-centred
  • A strong communicator, able to work sensitively with clients and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Motivated to develop expertise within disease litigation and contribute to the team's success
