Duties of a Panel Beater with our client:
- Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle body panels
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
- Complete bumper, door, and other bodywork repairs as required
- Ensure all repairs meet internal quality standards and industry regulations
- Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain workshop productivity and safety standards
Requirements for a Panel Beater:
- Previous time-served Panel Beating experience in a bodyshop, main dealer, or accident repair environment
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Panel Beating is preferable
- ATA Panel Beating accreditation is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools and equipment suitable for the role
- Organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
