Full Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) programmes across enterprise environments, leveraging platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and One Identity
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand challenges and design secure, scalable solutions
  • Own end-to-end delivery of PAM initiatives - from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption
  • Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills
  • Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions
  • Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go-to-market development

    Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) concepts and experience delivering end-to-end implementations
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAG platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta) and their core components/integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and senior stakeholders
  • Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex workstreams
  • Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation (e.g. operating models, runbooks, DR plans)
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT)
  • Exposure to identity infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory), reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or cloud integrations
  • Experience onboarding applications or cloud platforms into IAM/IGA solutions
  • Consulting mindset, with ability to support proposals and engage stakeholders across delivery and business teams
  • Willingness to work in client-facing environments, including onsite where needed
