If so this could be the role you are looking for. Due to the growth of our services we are looking for exceptional people to join our amazing team. The aim of the Inpatient unit is to provide support and care to patients with a wide range of symptoms associated with a life-shortening illness. Our unit has nine individual bedrooms with en-suite facilities, their own patio and garden views. In addition there is plenty of room for family and friends when they visit which includes access to our wonderful gardens., The Palliative Nursing Assistant is a key member of the multidisciplinary care team delivering a range of patient care duties under the supervision of the Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals across the Hospice, providing basic patient care based on providing physical, psychological and spiritual needs of individuals in their care. The post-holder may be required to work in other clinical areas as appropriate to meet the needs of the service as directed by the Ward Manager or nurse in charge and will participate in internal rotation to night duty and unsociable hours working to meet the needs of the service. Full UK driving licence.
