Full Job Description
The Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Educator will provide expert clinical leadership, education and practice development to improve the quality, consistency and experience of palliative and end-of-life care across hospital and community settings. The post holder will work collaboratively across the Thames Valley ICB to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, confidence and care pathways, in-order to support high-quality, person-centred palliative care. A key responsibility will be to provide education to acute and community services, alongside university academic settings. The post holder will act as a clinical educator, facilitator, role model and change agent, supporting nurses to translate evidence, policy and best practice into everyday clinical care,
