About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Operative is to enhance property conditions and overall quality by carrying out mould treatments, painting, and minor repairs associated with condensation control and mould growth. A key part of this role is conducting on-site property inspections, identifying underlying issues related to damp, condensation, and ventilation, and reporting findings accurately to support effective remedial actions. You will work both independently and as part of a team, supporting our social housing clients and contributing to healthier living environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mould washes, treatments, and painting works to a high standard
- Perform minor repairs related to condensation and mould issues
- Inspect properties to identify causes of mould, damp, and poor ventilation
- Accurately record and report findings, including defects and recommended actions
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company standards and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, particularly for reporting property conditions
