Role Description
This role will begin as contract work, with the aim of progressing into a full-time, on-site position in London for a Multi-Trade Operative (Painting & General Works).
The role involves carrying out painting and decorating, along with a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. You'll be expected to deliver work to a high standard, follow all health and safety regulations, and communicate effectively with both the team and clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in painting, decorating, and surface preparation techniques
- Experience with general maintenance and minor repair tasks, such as carpentry and plastering
- Ability to use relevant tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction and maintenance
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members or clients
- Prior experience in property maintenance or construction
- CIS approved

- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are advantageous
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades or construction are beneficial
