Join a practical, hands-on team as a Painter/Decorator, preparing and finishing surfaces on construction and refurbishment projects. You'll help deliver neat, durable results while working safely and communicating clearly with colleagues and clients. Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and applying suitable primers.
Carry out interior and exterior construction painting and decorating, including applying paint and other finishes.
Protect surrounding areas, use tools and materials correctly, and keep the worksite tidy.
Coordinate with colleagues to plan tasks, share progress and resolve day-to-day issues.
Your impact: Careful preparation and consistent finishes help clients enjoy well-presented spaces and reduce the need for avoidable touch-ups.

Practical painting and decorating skills; construction painting experience is useful.
Clear communication skills and sufficient English to understand instructions and discuss work.
A full driving licence and ability to travel between work locations are preferred.
Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
