Painter / Decorator

We are looking for a self motivated enthusiastic person to join our estates team in Singleton Hospital as a maintenance painter/decorator. Candidates ideally would be time served and hold the correct qualifications., Required to maintain our buildings and infrastructure to excellent standards of building controls. Required to manufacture and repair items as needed and organise daily routine to incorporate regular task requirements and schedule work requirements to the most efficient way, with guidance from line managers.

Must possess a full driving licence to drive estates vehicle between sites so a valid driving licence is required., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
