This is a night shift role offered on a temp-to-perm basis, ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability. The Role: Working within the finishing department, you will be responsible for preparing, treating, and coating a range of metal components to a high standard. This includes paint spraying, surface finishing, and shot blasting as part of the production process. Key Responsibilities: Carry out paint spraying on metal components and assemblies Prepare surfaces including cleaning, masking, and shot blasting Perform finishing tasks to ensure a high-quality final product Inspect work to ensure it meets required specifications Maintain equipment and ensure work areas are clean and safe Work efficiently to meet
