Full Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and performance-driven Paid Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team at Geely Auto UK. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to play a hands-on part in shaping and delivering our paid media strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Working closely with our paid media agency and internal stakeholders, you will help plan, execute and optimise end-to-end paid media campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels, consistently delivering high-quality, high-intent leads. This role is ideal for someone excited by innovation, motivated by results and keen to make a visible impact as the brand continues to grow in the UK market., Support the Head of Communications in planning, building and executing integrated paid media campaigns across OOH, TV, radio, Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms, in partnership with our paid media agency.
Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, ensuring they are produced on time and trafficked correctly in line with agreed media plans.
Monitor campaign performance using reporting dashboards provided by the paid media agency, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities.
Work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality and feed learnings back into campaign optimisation.
Assist with paid media budget management to ensure smooth transition from planning to execution and adherence to approved budgets.
Stay up to date with platform developments, best practice and emerging paid media trends, particularly within automotive and financial services sectors.
Delivering campaigns in line with validated plans, ensuring consistent flow of creative from creative agency to media agency.
Driving results against agreed KPIs and flagging performance risks or deviations early.
Demonstrating measurable ROI through ongoing analysis of CPL, CPA and overall performance impact.
Managing multiple concurrent campaigns across product launches, brand activity and always-on lead generation.
Responding quickly to real-time opportunities, competitive activity and news-led moments.

Marketing-related qualification desirable.
Experience within a marketing function, ideally with a strong digital or paid media bias.
Experience supporting new market entry or product launches (in-house or agency side) is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across marketing, sales and agency teams.
Proactive, versatile and a strong team player.
Thrives in fast-paced, changeable environments.
Competitive, commercially minded and performance-focused.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills.
