Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Paediatrics and Neonates Core Trainee (ST1&2) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional healthcare to our youngest patients. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to further their careers in paediatrics, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a core trainee, you will engage in the assessment and management of a diverse range of paediatric conditions, working closely with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also have the opportunity to rotate through various subspecialties, enhancing your clinical skills and broadening your medical knowledge in both paediatrics and neonatology.
The ideal candidate will hold a medical degree and possess a keen interest in paediatric medicine, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a compassionate approach are essential. Daily responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and actively participating in ward rounds and departmental meetings. You will also have the chance to engage in educational activities, including teaching and mentoring junior colleagues. In return, we offer a supportive training environment, competitive remuneration, and access to numerous professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families, while advancing your career in a rewarding specialty.
