Participation in clinical audits, research activities, and continuing professional development will also be integral to your role as we strive for excellence in paediatric healthcare delivery. To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid medical degree and be a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health or equivalent. A strong background in general paediatrics, along with
subspecialty training, is highly desirable. Proven clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
