Paediatric Occupational Therapist

• Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs
• Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providingsupport to more junior staffand students
• Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested
• Maintainaccurateand contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports including contribution to the EHCAssessment process and tribunals asrequired
• Useneeds-led,impact-based clinical decision making, and associated outcome measures

  We have a new and exciting opportunity for a band 6OccupationalTherapist to join our teamon a fixed term basisinWestBerkshire.
Within this post you will have the opportunity to work as part of an experienced team of therapists in a mix of community settings,educationalsettings, homes, having independence and autonomy to manage your own caseload. In your role you will be expected to deliver a high standard ofoccupationaltherapy care to children and young people withdevelopmental andcomplex needs,thereforefor this role we are looking forsomeonewith a realpassionfor seeing childrenand young peoplereach their potential. Our core workinghours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 but we can offer flexibility around this. The role will involve some travel., Your wellbeing is important to us.
