Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Paediatric Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our friendly and highly regarded Children's Diabetes Team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust on a one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your specialist skills whilst making a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people living with diabetes and their families. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including consultants, specialist nurses, dietitians, psychologists and administrative colleagues, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse caseload.
As a Paediatric Diabetes CNS, you will support children and young people with diabetes across outpatient, inpatient and community settings. You will be involved in providing specialist education, clinical advice and ongoing support to patients, families, schools and healthcare professionals.
