Paediatric Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust are looking for dedicated and forward-thinking experienced nurse to join our Acute Paediatric Team based at Warwick Hospital.

The Paediatric Unit is comprised of; MacGregor Ward, a 17 inpatient Paediatric beds (including High Dependency Beds), a Paediatric Outpatient Area, and a 5 bedded Paediatric Assessment Unit (PAU).

We work closely with the Emergency department and within our team we have our clinicians, Paediatric ACPs, Paediatric Physiotherapists and Specialist nurses who you will work alongside.

Ideally you will need to be able to work flexibly including nights and weekends. However we will consider flexible working arrangements, To lead and co-ordinate the team to maintain and deliver a high standard of family centred care to all children, young people and their families in accordance with the ward philosophy.

To ensure high quality and cost-effective services at all time anddeputise ward manger in their absence.
