Padel Coaches

We are seeking a team of outstanding Padel Coaches to deliver our coaching programme across all three of our venues: Holmes Chapel, Nantwich, and Wilmslow. Coaches will deliver an agreed number of weekly academy sessions, with the opportunity to offer private lessons at a discounted court hire rate. This role is ideal for motivated coaches with a strong technical understanding of padel and the ability to deliver high quality, engaging sessions that reflect the standards of our brand, while helping to grow and enhance the padel offering at their venue.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of padel across our clubs, working collaboratively with padel management, marketing, events, and club leadership teams. Responsibilities include developing clear player pathways, contributing to a forward thinking coaching strategy, nurturing emerging talent, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all players. You'll bring strong organisational, commercial, and people skills, uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards, and represent the business with professionalism and integrity supporting community initiatives, encouraging innovation within the coaching team, and helping players of all ages and abilities reach their full potential.
