coordinating internal stakeholders and managing client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the business to onboard new customers following all internal processes and proceduresPrepare briefs for low New Product Development enquiries, managing all samples, costs and timingsCollating all primary items, technical drawings, and artworks from the customerResponsible for the management of all commercial/financial data with our customersRegular updates to all internal and external stakeholders to keep projects/orders on trackCollate client feedback and approvalsRaise all internal/factory sample, tooling and production Purchase ordersManage the order validation process following all internal processes and proceduresManage all internal purchase and sales invoice requests with the relevant finance teamsLiaising with Planning and Logistics on Production Timings and Delivery SchedulesUpkeep of the Sales ForecastWhat We're Looking ForStrong Organisation Skills - Able to manage multiple tasks,
