Working location: Chesterfield or Derby with travel to other DHU sites when required. Contract: Full time 37.5 hours per week, 6 month contract with potential to be extended to 12 months. Supporting colleagues, strengthening services. With us, every moment matters. Our UEC teams deliver expert care 24/7, working together to respond quickly when it's needed most. As a PA - UEC Derbyshire & Nottinghamshireyou will:

• Provide proactive, confidential administrative support to senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and organising appointments.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports and presentations, take meeting minutes, track actions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, coordinating communication across services and locations.
• Support service improvement projects, help improve administrative processes and use Microsoft 365 applications to manage information effectively.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, manage competing priorities and remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and, where required, support or supervise administrative team members.
