Role: PA to Headteacher at Middlewich High School Salary: Grade 5, £22,640 - £24,131 (FTE £25,584 - £27,269) Contract type: Permanent, Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year) Reporting to: Headteacher Start date: September 2025 About Us This is an exciting time to be joining our Multi Academy Trust, which collectively educates over 4300 children, and employs over 450 professionals. Each of our good and outstanding academies operates at the heart of their local communities. The Foundation's central offices are based at Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds. This role is based at Middlewich High School where we believe that every child deserves to attend an excellent school, one that enables all students to flourish and be happy. We do this by providing all students with inspiring teaching, a supportive and caring environment and an enriching educational experience in and beyond the classroom. Our objective is to support all students to achieve 'Excellence in Learning', taking pride in their personal achievements whilst making a positive contribution to society. About the Role The PA to the Headteacher within the Academy plays a crucial role in facilitating the effective functioning of the Academy's leadership. The post holder coordinates complex administrative and organisational requirements, ensuring the Headteacher and SLT are able to focus on leading the highly successful Academy. - Experience of working in an administrative role is essential
- Experience of supporting executive / leadership roles in a PA capacity is desirable
- Experience of working in education is desirable
- You must be highly organised, with strong communication skills and have an ability to build effective rapport with stakeholders
- You must have a strong sense of initiative and be able to plan and prioritise work
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is essential.
