Full Job Description
The role is to provide personal care support, primarily with dressing, undressing and bathing.
Once the individual becomes familiar and comfortable with their PA, they should be able to respond to simple prompts to take off and put on their clothes, requiring only minimal assistance and guidance. However, the PA should always be available to offer support when needed.
Monday to Friday: approximately 7:00am to help the individual get dressed for the day, and approximately 7:00pm to help them get changed for the evening/night. Saturday and Sunday mornings: any time before 11:00am. Saturday and Sunday evenings: approximately 7:00pm. Bathing: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
What pets do I have and how many?
There is one dog in the household. The dog can be quite giddy and excitable, so the successful applicant will need to be comfortable around dogs and ideally be someone who loves them.
