PA required in Matlock 4hours per week £20 an hour TP-DCC-001

A Personal Assistant is required to support a mature gentleman with autism living in Matlock.

The role involves providing practical support to help maintain daily routines and independence, including accompanying him on outings, shopping trips, and encouraging regular exercise and community engagement.

Tom leads a very quiet and structured life. He enjoys reading extensively, completing crosswords, and spending time with his indoor rescue cat. He would benefit from support to access activities outside the home and maintain a healthy routine., Tom finds adapting to new people and changes challenging, so it is important that applicants are understanding and willing to develop a supportive relationship over time.

Interviews will be conducted face-to-face by a family representative. The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check prior to appointment.
