PA Coordinator

We're looking for a PA Coordinator to join our Direct Payments team and help us build a strong, engaged network of Personal Assistants (PAs) who support our customers across Sussex., As our PA Coordinator, you will:

• Build, manage and develop our database of Personal Assistants.
• Proactively recruit new PAs to meet the individual needs of Direct Payment customers.
• Attend community events, job fairs and outreach activities to promote PA opportunities.
• Act as the key link between PAs, customers and advisers, supporting smooth introductions and positive working relationships.
• Provide ongoing support, engagement and communication to our growing PA community.
• Ensure compliance with DBS, training and right-to-work checks.
