Full Job Description
We're looking for a calm, compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support a 32-year-old man to build confidence, increase independence and improve his wellbeing.
He enjoys gaming, building computers and technology, and would love the opportunity to explore these interests further when the time feels right. He lives with ADHD, autistic burnout, sensory sensitivities and depression, which can make daily life challenging at times.
We're seeking someone who can offer steady, patient support, helping to establish routines, encourage personal care, maintain a comfortable and organised living environment, and provide gentle motivation without pressure. The role also involves dispensing daily medication (tablet form only).
The ideal PA will have an understanding of autism and the impact of burnout, be emotionally resilient, and recognise the importance of building trust at the individual's pace. Above all, we're looking for someone who can provide consistent encouragement and help create a safe, supportive environment where confidence and independence can grow.

Please note: The client smokes and has a prescription for medical cannabis.

- Medication prompting/administering
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Other relevant duties as required
