PA required for a 15-year-old young lady to access the community

We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our Autistic 15-year-old daughter who has learning difficulties and asthma.
She enjoys going on outings and engaging in activities such as soft play, playgrounds, swimming and doing arts and crafts.
Due to our rural location, we are looking for a PA that has access to their own vehicle.
Previous experience isn't necessary as we are looking for someone who can click with our daughter.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Enhanced DBS Check (funded by the employer)
- Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
