Full Job Description
I am looking for a PA to support me to access the community safely, take me shopping and to provide me with some company., Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four weekly and appropriate holiday pay given.
The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority).
A non-smoker is preferred.
A bubbly person who likes to have a laugh.
Someone who will engage with me.
A car driver is preferred as public transport takes too long to get into Cardiff.
A friendly and kind person.
A reliable and punctual person.
Someone who understands the privacy of working in someone else's home.
I have 6 hours per week available which will be used in two, three-hour shifts.
Ideally this would be Wednesday and Thursday afternoon but some flexibility here. Although it will not be Tuesday or Friday due to other commitments.
RATES OF PAY
£15.20 per hour
