Summary
To help support the individual to do a range of activities such as: walking, attending the gym, swimming and attending the day centre once or twice a week. The PA would also be required to take part in these activities and be supportive and friendly. The job hours would be to be able to help support the individual in the local community by supporting and in taking part in activities such as walking, swimming, cinema, the gym and attending the day centre once or twice a week. The individual would need to be calm, have great communication, supportive and would also need to hold a full UK's driving license and a car.
