Full Job Description
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide personalised support to Bethan to enable her to live as independently as possible, maintain her health, and manage her home. The role requires a flexible, person-centred approach, recognizing the impact of Bethan's autism, anxiety, fatigue, and history of dissociative seizures. The PA will work alongside Bethan to build confidence and routines, providing appropriate prompting and guidance rather than taking over tasks.
