P / T Demand Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the agency's marketing and growth initiatives. You'll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase inbound opportunities, strengthen the brand presence, and support business development objectives.,

• Develop and deliver a measurable growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
• Plan and manage content marketing, paid and organic social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Manage the agency's online presence, ensuring consistent brand tone and visual identity
• Develop events and sponsorship opportunities within target markets
• Work with internal teams to produce compelling case studies, campaigns, and thought leadership content
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI
• Collaborate closely with business development to nurture leads through the marketing funnel
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend across channels

• Proven track record in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a creative, agency, or B2B environment
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and customer acquisition strategies
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently part-time
