P.E. Sports and Personal Development Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious P.E., Sport and Personal Development Leader to join our team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes, raising aspirations and ensuring every child can access a rich range of sporting, enrichment and leadership opportunities. The successful candidate will lead PE from Nursery to Year 6, oversee enrichment and personal development, manage the Sports Premium budget, coordinate educational visits and residentials, and lead a team of support staff and apprentices. The successful candidate will:

• Lead and develop PE across Nursery to Year 6.
• Lead the school's participation in the School Games programme.
• Manage the Sports Premium budget and strategy.
• Lead enrichment, personal development and pupil leadership opportunities.
• Coordinate educational visits and residentials.
• Lead lunchtime provision and extra-curricular clubs.
• Line manage support staff, apprentices and lunchtime supervisors.
• Champion inclusion and raise aspirations for all pupils.
• Contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
