Full Job Description
Times will vary depending on requirements, but hours are generally Monday to Friday on ad hoc basis.
You can choose shifts you would like to work depending on your availability.
Main Responsibilities
These will vary depending on a role, however daily tasks may include:
- Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to customers
- Serving food and beverages (including alcohol)
- Taking orders and upselling products
- Preparing hot beverages
- Helping to manage queues
- Cash-handling and till work
- Cleaning down workstations and tables
At least 12 months previous customer service or hospitality experience is required
- Confidence when interacting with people
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good at working at your own initiative
