Full Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Head of Income and Contracting, the Overseas & Private Patients Manager will be responsible for the management, recovery and reporting of Private Patient and Overseas patient Income into the Trust to support optimal understanding of income sources.

They will lead the Trust's Overseas Visitors and Private Patients function, managing patients and invoicing arrangements; ensuring full compliance with legislation, NHS guidance, and Trust policies;To provide expert advice on Overseas Visitor Charging Regulations and Private Patient procedures; to handle patient cases, confirming the overseas status., 'Administrative and Clerical staff feel supported with flexible working at MKUH, reporting 6.82 out of 10, and a 76% feel strongly about approaching their managers regarding flexible working.'
