Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Overnight Door Security Officer to support night operations by managing and protecting a designated access point on a flexible, casual basis. This is a static, door-based role, ideal for security professionals who value vigilance, professionalism, and consistency in a luxury hospitality environment. The role: As an Overnight Door Security Officer, your primary responsibility is controlling, protecting, and monitoring the assigned door and access point throughout the night. You will act as a visible, composed, and professional presence, ensuring that only authorised individuals enter the property, while maintaining a courteous and respectful approach aligned with Four Seasons standards. What you will do

• Control and protect a designated entrance during overnight hours
• Verify access for employees, contractors, and authorised personnel
• Maintain accurate awareness of authorised access lists and procedures
• Observe activity at the door and respond appropriately to any concerns
• Communicate clearly with Night Management and Security colleagues when required
• Maintain a professional, calm, and discreet presence at all times
• Follow security protocols, access procedures, and incident reporting standards
  
  Current SIA license holder
• Experience working overnight or unsupervised shifts
• Calm, observant, and reliable approach to static security duties
• Confident but courteous communication style
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Ability to remain focused and vigilant during overnight hours
• Flexibility to work nights on a casual basis
• Right to Work in the UK
