Full Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of outreach and recruitment events both on and off campus, including school visits, careers fairs, and college open days.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in local schools - from teachers and careers advisors to students and parents.
  • Develop and implement the college's annual outreach plan, ensuring its alignment with SBC's growth and recruitment targets.
  • Design subject-specific recruitment activities in collaboration with curriculum teams.
  • Track and evaluate outreach impact, producing timely reports on applications, offers and enrolments.
  • Produce engaging marketing and communications materials for students, parents, and educators.
  • Support the planning and delivery of flagship events such as Year 11 Experience Days, Student Awards, and Open Days.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for SBC, ensuring a high standard of customer service and consistent, inclusive messaging across all touchpoints.
