Full Job Description

The Outpatient Department is often a patients first experience of the hospital of St John and St Elizabeth. We aim to deliver first class standards of care where the patient is at the heat of every decision. We have a good team who strive to deliver our vision and values every day. The department has 25 consulting rooms with equipment specific to the various specialties we support and is in spacious, comfortable surroundings. We offer all staff the opportunity to support various specialty clinics and we have a minor procedure room where we undertake some further procedures under local anaesthetic., We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Nurse to join the Outpatient Department.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality, patient centered care across a wide range of specialties, working as part of a multidisciplinary teamThe role involves supporting clinics in specialties such as ENT, Gynae, Urology ,Dermatology and Minor Procedures.

The department offers both pre and post-operative appointments and a variety of other medical and general specialties. Located in leafy St Johns Wood on the Jubilee line, minutes from Central London. Uniquely, all profits fund our onsite Hospice, St Johns.
