An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our large and friendly Outpatient team as a Patient Pathway Coordinator. This full-time role is central to the smooth and effective running of the Outpatient Department, which supports a wide range of services across the hospital.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating patient pathways, ensuring appointments and referrals are managed efficiently and with compassion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality outpatient services. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you., The successful candidate should have experience of administrative work and dealing with the general public and should be self-motivated with a calm, professional and organised approach to their work. He or she should be able to prioritise effectively and work in a flexible manner. It would be helpful to have NHS experience and in particular with appointment bookings.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who would enjoy the challenge of a busy environment and is able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to work within a large team and with the general public.
The hours and days of work in this role are fixed as follows:- Mon-Fri 08.30 am to 16.30. There will be an opportunity for agile working once fully trained.
