Full Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will oversee clinic management and regeneration processes, coordinate clinic rotas, and ensure outcome processes are completed accurately and efficiently. A key part of the role will also involve training and supporting staff, helping to maintain high standards and continuous improvement., children, young people and vulnerable adults. We are looking for a proactive and motivatedOutpatient Team Leaderto join our busy NHS service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative, coordination, and people management experience to step into a role where your work directly supports timely patient care and service delivery.

Working within a fast-paced but highly supportive team environment, you will take the lead in coordinating our team of coordinators and clinic activity, ensuring services run efficiently and patients receive the best possible experience. You will be someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently prioritise workloads, and brings a positive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

If you are an enthusiastic team player with proven leadership ability and a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support within healthcare, we would love to hear from you., Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will regularly communicate with patients and healthcare professionals via telephone and Microsoft Teams, so clear, professional, and compassionate communication is a must. You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be comfortable navigating a range of clinical systems.
