You will work as part of a team providing a comprehensive and flexible administrative support among our sub specialty teams. The work is challenging and varied providing high quality admin support for consultants and their teams, as well as a reception service and dealing with patient telephone inquiries., Do you want to work as part of a team providing excellent services for patients, carers and relatives?Then this may just be the job you have been looking for!Our Patient services are vital for patient care with over 90,000 patient visits per year. Team members working in these service areas are usually the first point of contact for our patients and this sets the quality standard for their journey within the hospital. Excellent customer service skills are, therefore, essential to provide our patients with the experience you would wish for yourself, your relatives and loved ones. We have a exciting opportunity in our Patient Services team and if you feel you can positively impact on the patient experience we want to hear from you. Basic keyboard skills and experience of using IT are required along with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other visitors.
