Outpatient Booking Officer - Plastics and Dermatology | Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

We have an exciting opportunity for an Outpatient Booking Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outpatient appointments within the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery services at Frimley Health Foundation Trust. You will play a key part in implementing and maintaining both new and existing appointment systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will support the team in meeting Trust targets and delivering a high-quality service. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to patients, as well as to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. Visa Sponsorship: This position isnot eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold theright to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract. The main duties of the role will be:

• Arranging appointments over the telephone with patients
• Managing Dermatology and Plastics call centre
• Booking patient appointments from waiting lists
• Rescheduling and cancelling appointments at short notice, when required
• Liaising with clinical admin, consultants from multiple specialties and CNS teams
