Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised OSC Project Support professional to support the successful mobilisation, transition, and integration of contracts within the Operational Service Centre (OSC). Working closely with the OSC Project Lead, the role plays a central part in coordinating activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, to required quality standards, and in line with operational requirements., We are looking for someone who can act as a central point of support across mobilisation and transition activities, maintaining strong project structure through effective planning, tracking, and communication. The role supports readiness across people, process, and technology, enabling a smooth transition from mobilisation into business-as-usual operations and contributing to overall service excellence.,

  • Support mobilisation activities from contract award through go-live and hypercare
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers, monitoring and reporting progress
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure operational readiness
  • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies)
  • Support governance meetings by preparing materials, capturing actions, and tracking delivery
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions
  • Track onboarding activities including training, system access, and inductions
  • Support transition planning, including testing, validation, and handover into BAU operations

    Experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Structured, methodical, and highly organised approach to work
