We are seeking a highly capable OSC Project Lead to lead the successful mobilisation, integration, and transformation of a major government contract within the Operational Service Centre (OSC). This role takes full ownership of delivery from contract award through mobilisation, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring a seamless transition into steady-state operations., We are looking for an experienced mobilisation and delivery professional who can act as the central coordination point across all enabling functions. The role focuses on embedding robust, end-to-end work order management processes aligned to government requirements, ensuring operational stability, contractual compliance, and service excellence, while enabling the OSC to scale effectively and allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities.,
- Lead all OSC mobilisation activities for a major government contract from award through go-live and hypercare
- Develop and manage detailed mobilisation plans, governance structures, timelines, and risk registers
- Ensure full operational readiness across people, process, and technology, including helpdesk setup, work order lifecycle configuration, supply chain onboarding, and engineer dispatch alignment
- Embed the government contract into end-to-end OSC work order management processes, from logging and triage through to completion, invoicing, and reporting
- Validate CAFM systems, workflows, SLAs, and reporting are configured, tested, and fit for purpose, mitigating risks to service continuity
- Provide operational input into government solution design, supporting process mapping, resource modelling, and ensuring deliverables are operationally achievable and costed
- Act as the single coordination point across P&C (including TUPE), H&S, IT, Finance, and Procurement to ensure mobilisation readiness
- Ensure a structured handover into business-as-usual operations post-hypercare, embedding KPIs, SLAs, and working closely with Business Improvement to support sustainable delivery
Proven experience in mobilisation, transition, or project delivery within FM or operational environments - Strong understanding of CAFM systems and end-to-end work order management
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Strong organisational, planning, and programme management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and meet key milestones
- Structured, methodical, and collaborative approach to complex programmes
