Assist in scrubbing for Consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedics,

• Scrub for consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, supporting procedures of varying complexity
• Assess patients health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
• Develop and deliver personalised care plans, considering perioperative risks and patient safety
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing multidisciplinary theatre team, maintaining Spires exceptional standards of care
  
  HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse
• Essential: Significant major Orthopaedic Scrub experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident working across a multidisciplinary team
• Motivation to develop further SFA training fully supported
