Orthopaedic Physiotherapist

To provide a high standard Physiotherapy service to patients at Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust To provide specialist assessment, treatment, and goal setting of Orthopaedics patients on the wards at St Michael's. Some patients may have complex and/or chronic presentations. To determine clinical diagnosis and Physiotherapy treatment indicated. To maintain records as an autonomous practitioner. You will develop highly specialist skills under the guidance of the Senior staff. To provide clinical cross cover within your team, and as part of the RCHT Trauma and Orthopaedic team, as delegated by your Clinical Team Lead To attend clinical level discussions / meetings relating to your area of work as delegated by your Clinical Team Lead

This is a Band 6 Physiotherapy post, working 18.75 hrs per week. There is a requirement to cover weekends, twilight shifts and bank holidays on a rota basis. The Orthopaedic physiotherapy team at St Michael's is a hard working, dynamic collective of individuals, who are looking forward to welcoming an enthusiastic and skilled new member to their team.
