Organisational Resilience - Service Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to become our Organisational Resilience (Service Manager) providing strategic leadership for Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR), business continuity and organisational resilience across the Trust. This is a high-profile role with direct responsibility for leading the Trust's approach to preparedness, response and recovery, ensuring we can continue to deliver safe patient care during major incidents, service disruptions and wider organisational challenges. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer as the Accountable Emergency Officer, you will provide expert advice to Executive Directors, senior clinical leaders and Trust committees while leading the Trust's EPRR assurance programme and resilience agenda. You will lead a specialist team, work closely with clinical and corporate services, and represent the Trust across local, regional and national resilience partnerships. You will be equally comfortable working through others on operational issues, developing strategy, providing assurance and supporting command arrangements during business continuity issues incidents.

We are looking for an experienced operational leader who can demonstrate:

• Significant management experience within a complex healthcare or equivalent organisation.
• Experience of emergency planning, business continuity or organisational resilience.
• Strong leadership, influencing and partnership-working skills.
• The confidence to operate effectively with senior leaders internally and external system partners.
